Sounds like hes not being taken seriously be the club at all. The fact he said the group in negotiations only care about money and have charges against the club was a bit of a giveaway for me. I think he has said something he shouldn't have done under his NDA.
He appeared to be referring to an NDA with his backers rather than the club. His backers (if they exist) wont want to go public until a deal is finalised or at least highly probable.

This is the issue. I am seeing people say ' worth a shot in my book, give him a chance'. I could have walked to my local. Got a passionate, semi educated MLF and got him to do that interview.

Same people would say the same.

Devil is ALWAYS in the detail.
With an NDA, there can be no detail mate.

Taking him at his word - he is a footballing person, he seems to have an understanding of the area, he is passionate, he has a 10 year plan etc. That's what we want - if he has good backers then why not?
Well of course, but who could possibly take him seriously considering his background without naming the backers.

You’re right like.

I just don’t get why he’s going to this effort if he’s not in the running. Surely he’s gonna look a tit if he doesn’t get it?

Oh crap... :-O On F1.... " Storey said last year that his consortium was backed by “four sterling billionaires,” as reported, including Sullivan and Gold, and that they had a contract to buy Force India in May of 2018. When asked about Sullivan and Gold, Storey said he’s friends with them and learns from them, since they’re “fantastic businesspeople.” A representative for West Ham United did not confirm their investment into Rich Energy, and directed Jalopnik elsewhere for the answer. Absolutely hilarious that he's disguising his mythical 4 European household name business people behind an NDA that he just invalidated in about 19 ways in that interview. Saying the current owners and FPP just want to nick the club and flip it means you can pretty much assume he is not going to be in play.

Also he sounded word for word like Donald did at the start.

If he know other the group is like he claims to as well as he says he has offered more its likely the club will have made him sign one as well to stop him from saying who it is
