For what it's worth, I can't disagree with a word of that. In the course of this and other threads, I've had my honesty, integrity and professional competence questioned. Like Reiver, I'm questioning the point of sharing anything at all because of the grief that comes with it.

Has anything happened other than them setting a company up? Not confirmed or nowt yet....

I did say a good scout, which, fair enough, might be harder to find. The stats are good, but they don’t tell the whole picture. xG is a prime example. Aye, it’s more useful than traditional stats, but it’s limited in what it can actually tell you. Watching in person gives you the context that something like xG wouldn’t.

Utterly pathetic but this is a public forum and you get people like that in all walks of life. They need to have a look at themselves but lack the self-awareness to do so. The result is that the forum at a whole loses out on decent sources.

Heard a very random rumour something is happening at midnight tonight regarding takeover. Seemed a bit of a strange time and didn't really ask much, as was a conversation between 2 people and didn't want to but in. Probably shite like, but plenty of that on here so another bit won't hurt.

Your eyes can lie, numbers don't. It's in the interpretation of those numbers that things can go wrong.
