Right, the situation. The new company is owned 100% by the American LLP. As that's registered in Delaware, which has very limited disclosure requirements, it's guesswork as to who the partners are. My guess is all four. Dell isn't a director of the newco, because he's intended to be a passive investor. Going forward, I'd guess that the newco will own a majority stake in Sunderland, with the minority interest staying with Madrox.

Can you explain that being a Director doesn't necessarily mean that you have an equal share of the business as I think that some are getting a bit confused on here?

I think of him as a mate. We have locked horns but he’s been telling me a lot about what has been going on via e mail.
He has been 100% that this deal was done. He was right. I will be looking to see if some of the other things he has told me turn out to be right.
Another poster who regularly has a poke at him, was in his element when he learnt Rivs had been banned this week.
Slagging a poster off when he can’t respond is the lowest of the low.
