Yes, it might not be official yet. They've set up the holding company and presumably it will own SAFC but the transfer might not have happened yet (albeit would just be a red tape type thing) so they wouldn't want to officially announce it. You'd assume the next day or so, which ties in with people mentioning Thursday for a press conference
