Agreed the FPP Sunderland companies house documentation is genuine
But the truth is anybody can form a company at very little cost and file documents at Companies house I have formed lots in my time for many different clients
However not all companies go on to trade or go further than some basic filing documents
This new company may or may not have been formed
To take over the activities of the football club
Until someone has stated or has had sight of the actual documents of this new company’s agreement to acquire the company of Sunderland football club and its activities this newly formed company means nowt
For example if the deal and agreement broke down between the prospective buyers and Donald and co
FPP Sunderland could virtually just be torn up and an application be made to strike it off made
So I’m just saying until there is acknowledgment of a written agreement between both parties the formation of this new company is not proof in itself of a deal been done
DOOM

Am I right in thinking that even if they wanted to, they can't really pump money in at league one level?

FFP and lack of revenue being a big issue.

So they will help out however they can but until we get promoted their hands are tied?
Think you could effectively buy a player for whatever price but you'd still have to only pay him about 5k a week, in this league anyway, summat like that.

Thats factually correct but you'd know its bollocks by triangulating the info from other sources if you thought about it
