I don’t think they do

Club guarantee every one in phase 1 a ticket. Branch submit an application (up to 40) but only for people who have requisite number of point in phase 1.

No one loses is out/is treated any differently.

After phase 1 they are same as everyone else

no one loses out as long as everyone who had the requisite number of points in the branch goes to the game.

There some shit been put on here mind .the branches have supported this club for years .so how can a branch stop people passing the ticket on to somebody else if they are sick or can't travel or have to work .what or the branch members meant to do .u can't contact the club to get money back .how many under 16 go to match without adults .you should only be able to buy a child with an adult .so it's OK for people in corporate to pass tickets on to people who haven't got the required points..those 60 people should have been called in to the club and at least been given a chance to represent themselves themselves .wait till we get relagated and the branches have gone .the club will get all they deserve

besides that, being a member of a branch should not give anyone a better chance of a ticket than anyone else on the same amount of points.

The argument here is about earning your stripes. Season ticket holders commit a massive amount of time and money up front. When a non-regular jumps the queue because they know a guy on a supporters' bus who has a spare "membership number" to use, it feels like a slap in the face

I have no idea how many were on that previous page but assume it was a few thousand so however many they kill off there will always be someone who will set another one up just for virtual internet points

You have seen how quickly someone wants to post match threads or injury news to know how important that online karma is to them

Maybe the club don’t need to change the application process for tickets more so how the tickets are then used

I dont have any points but thought id chance my arm and got one ! Made up! If there are any season Ticket holders with 40 points who didn't get one , is there any chance i could borrow one of your cars Sunday if you're not using it as wasnt expecting to have to travel through. Cheers

Why would you begrudge kids especially getting tickets though?? We all started off by getting tickets from people..we can't dismiss this generation....we need them.

Exactly the same here mate. I’ve always gone to watch and support Sunderland, not the opposition. The level was never an issue.

Most young un’s had to start that way. When I first started going away it was many years before the loyalty points system but, if a young un wants to start going, they’ve needed a bit of a leg up, in recent times.

or indeed anyone with the required number of points. branch membership shouldn't come into it.
that's one thing that's needed for me, there should be something whereby away tickets can be handed back and put on sale, even at late notice. for all those not able to go i'd bet there are the same who would love to go even at the drop of a hat.

I wouldn't be surprised if its the same fella that runs a certain branch I've mentioned on here earlier this month.

he has already been banned earlier this season and he's still using someone else account to still get the whole branch tickets.

I'm still a member of thier Facebook group and they always have tickets going.
