re, what is your point?

Probably right cos it has really worked for you since hasn't it. Relegation fight again this year boys, versus er........10th..............

We were fighting relegation in that oh so brilliant 10th place season as well thundercunt, the 3 wins in final
5 pulled us away. A bit like 4 wins in our final 6 did for us last season.

So those 3 wins don't count. What is wrong with you lot? 38 games per season, or is it different where you come from. Gorilla boy, why don't you grow a brain

I didn't say they didn't count did I? I'm saying until those 3 wins we were in a relegation battle. In the same way as until our 4 wins at the end of last season we were in a relegation battle.

Not exactly difficult now, is it?

Sorry, I realise it is hard for you lot, did you finish 10th or not?

38 games in a season ?

Strange that, because you disappeared after about 32 last year.
I am delighted you can count, surprised if I am honest

Ok sweetheart, we finished 10th and at no point whatsoever in that season were we in any kind if danger of relegation. Especially the bit where we were 15th with 5 games to play and had taken 1 point from 9 games.

Sorry, is that it? Need a reality check boys I think. Welcome to the real world, anyway I am bored, good night.

We had no choice but to sack him, we were heading for relegation.

However the trigger for the demise was the sale of our most valuable players, which I remain convinced was Short's decision.

Absolute rubbish. He was in 15th place when he was sacked, and his new team had not been allowed any time to gel. There was no imminent danger of relegation and he deserved to be given a proper chance.

I am sure you can imagine that for us some of the players he brought in were beyond our wildest dreams. Additionally he has the ability to switch is between 4-4-2, 3-5-2 and even a diamond formation at will. How could he be so bad for you? You've never reproduced a league position like he achieved for you since he left and yet you all slag him off. I don't get it......

Don't expect a coherent answer to that. Although as you will have guessed by now it's largely to do with where he's from.

Look at the 2 photos above, and then tell me it's because of where he's from

Put together a half decent team, and we looked as if we were on the brink of doing something good. Some really bad, long-term, injuries, combined with Bent and Gyan doing the dirty over us were the cause of his downfall. Knackers banging on about his "Geordie roots" didn't help, but by the time he left we were in a bad way. Chances are he might have turned it around, but then again he may not have.

Reid took far more abuse from the fans towards the end of his time here than Bruce received. Difference is Reid took it like a man and accepted that it came with the territory if the team weren't getting results.

Bruce's last calender year in-charge of us. Anybody that says he should of been given more time should go and start watching netball

O'Neill, Keane and Reid all had better records in their last 29 games as manager here than Bruce did in his final 29 games as manager once we sold Bent. Even Sbragia, who was in charge for 26 games couldn't have ended up with a worse record than Bruce had he stayed for another 3 games and suffered 3 defeats.

For some bizarre reason, hardly anybody says that any of the other managers should have had more time.
