Laughlin has just had a massive operation apparently that’s why he left Burnley, it’s no coincidence that Burnley have struggled without him. Also Gary Bowyer is at Salford and I know Keane rates him very highly and they’re good friends.

I think Keane will have a ‘vision’ and ‘philosophy’ but it will be one where he wants to get results, we won’t play 442 like last time he was here. For me he just needs good coaches, be interesting to see if he gets it, who he brings in as I’m unsure his contact book will be what it once was

Aye, if for any reason he didn't sign up now, it would be a huge punch in the stomach for the fan base. Totally counter-productive in terms of gaining momentum around the club.

That's why I still think it's all done, subject to the last few little details. No way dose KLD start liking social media posts about Keane, unless it's nailed on. That would be absolutely crazy.

Will he want Laughlin? Didn't think the players were that keen on him last time.

Thought Ferguson was out of the frame due to Lampard wanting him at Everton? -are you saying he’s being interviewed or just who you would like ?

He’s very savvy with social media as you said, i’d be amazed if they both liked that pic without it already being pretty much agreed
