Correct
No “leaders “ brought in-we can only presume as they would be a “ challenge “to the manager and still no big powerful spine ?
If it is RK be interesting how he gets them battling -if I was the likes of Meteke I would be relishing his advice
Ha’way man, if the signings of Batth and Defoe and even entertaining the idea of approaching Keane aren’t exactly because of a lack of leadership and spine and trying to address that I don’t know what is.

No - but a team doesn’t have to play with 3 central defender - especially when you plan to go with two strikers, following the purchase of Defoe. One one central defender but have been ideal but we should be fine - and free agents available. Flannigan after recent mishaps would be nowhere near the starting X1
Mate whatever you do for a living, you are wasted.
The FA might as well all pack it in and just let you f***ing do it.

Only joined in late December. Claims to be a big fan of Rangers because they remind him of the Gary Rowell hat that handily went on sale around the same time. Since then they’ve only posted on threads where Speakman is being criticised. If they aren’t linked to him I’d be absolutely staggered.
Ask me a SAFC question from the 70s onwards!

He looked buzzing as well. Assuming it happens I think he's delighted to be getting another shot at management, probably had times when he thought he'd never get the opportunity. The fact we're the ones to give him his chance, for the second time, means we're going to have a very motivated Roy Keane who will be determined to be a success for this club. Shame about yesterday, it's probably play offs, but if we get him on an 18 month contract at least there's reason to be optimistic again
My worry is that the hold up is because Keane is insisting on a completely free hand, whereas KLD and Speakman don’t want to abandon the structure that they see as the best long term plan for the club. Much as I’m excited by Keane’s return I think they’re right to give it some serious thought. Who’s to know whether we’ll get the SAFC Keane or the Ipswich one. If it doesn’t work out, and the long term plan has been abandoned, we’re back to square one.

I still think the hold up,is Keane back room staff he wants from Forest

Look what happen to the Defoe thread before he signed
Still plenty time for this one to get way more ridiculous. Not 1 single ITK on here yet people telling us what conversations are happening in the club and who’s standing off against who and who’s about to be sacked if they don’t do as they’re told. f***ing hilarious reading for a Sunday afternoon.

Have you been impressed by Batth -he had good first game but next two ….Defoe came in after a Johnson left ( telling in my humble )

Flanagan would be in on Tuesday 100%.

Strong rumors on the Adderley Edge dog walking circuit Keane has acepteted the managerial role base on a few conditions.

3 years contract with further options

His own team replacing those in jobs now.

Gaurenteed pre set budget increases dependant which league and position the club are in.

Player recruitment team headed by Keane himself including final say.

On top of his salary, which has beeb agreed, 1 million pounds bonus for promotion this year.

The papers seem hopelessly off the pace. They have spent a week guessing. Northern Echo was talking about Jonathan Woodgate. A lot of ITKs on here are mainly ego but I reckong one or two have a far better idea than the journalists.
Definitely and they have been with transfers

Football insider however know the score. They have said all along its between keano and mccann

I’ve put them on ignore now. The quicker KLD gets rid of the likes of him, Donald and Methven the better.
Good spot 👍

It’s happening I’m certain after seeing keane on the tv there. Whoever decided to release that speakman interview yesterday should be following proctor and dodds out of the door for me. Too many amateurs running our club
