I couldn’t give a crap. I’d rather give it to him someone who we trust and did an incredible job. Opposed to some up and coming linked in clown.
That doesn't make sense?! Why wouldn't you want a promising up and coming manager?

I'm not 100% against appointing Keane. I'm thinking with my head rather than my heart. He'd be better than Terry or Ferguson.

Because it’s not the time for it. We have to get promoted. I don’t want a manager who we’ll give time to implement his ideas. I want one who will come in and raise the standards. Keano will demand promotion.
 
Maybe he's looked at his mistakes from before and learnt from them though?

To be honest we don't know how he is going to be now but one thing is for certain he won't accept second best.
He has worked though at Villa and with MON at ROI so not been out of work for years as some suggest
