What a disastrous decision to sack him.
SD caved into the short sighted fans who just couldn't give JR the time needed to sort this car crash of a club out.
He would have done it given the chance.
Now we are well and truly reaping the rewards .
We have made some bad decisions in the last decade or so , but the sacking of Ross, is as bad as the hiring of Moyes.

Happens so many times, especially at Sunderland people might actually spot a trend that often the replacement manager is inconsequential to the results or is often retrograde. some fans wanted Ross out, this is the reality

Why are people starting threads claiming Ross being sacked was the wrong decision or ‘be careful what you wish for’ rubbish. Ross had to go. We shouldn’t have appointed Parkinson.

Just because Ross was sacked, doesn’t mean because we’re performing worse than when he was here it was the wrong decision.

We are not performing worse in the league

When Grigg goes some will say we should have kept him ! When Watmore is injured him returning is like a new signing ! When mcgeadys not available he's the best player in L1 ! Some seem to ignore the reality when it's there to be seen !

Completely wrong, but that's your entitlement.

We haven't had Gooch for a while either, you'll probably have him down at about Sterling levels by now...?

You dont sack managers who have lost only 4 games in their 1st full season in charge, its complete lunacy. None of those players were JR's . He came here from scotland with no knowledge of the lower leagues in england , thats why Coton and Hill were hired to over see recruitment.
Any way , am only pissed off because I and others who had the balls to back JR have to sit and watch this disaster ,. Its a direct result of his sacking.

Said at the time we shouldn’t of sacked him

He was failing.

The issue isn't the sacking of Ross. It's the 2 at the top. They can not find, run or be proactive a club of this size. They cost cut balance sheets. They don't have strategy in place.

Bunch of arseholes. And the appointment of Parkinson is the ultimate fuck you to the fans. Now we have Tory boy Charlie telling is he is the ultimate manager, we should be grateful.

Fuck off.
