Scored and had a MOTM performance. Also seems to have won player of the month at Salzburg twice last season. He’s clearly a lot better than what this bloke is saying though

EDIT - I’m probably being a bit defensive but that’s me haha

He was. I’m not saying Simic is going to be hopeless but the fact he has played champions league doesn’t mean much in the grand scheme of things. He’s an up and coming player who will hopefully reach his potential with us.

KLD became chairman early 2021 but didn’t become majority shareholder or owner until 2022. I think that was when we thought he bought the whole club but later found out it was only over 50% and satori was still involved. Not sure how involved he was prior to when he became chairman. Maybe he had shares earlier than that.

Aye and only scored 1 penalty. 5 goals in 28 appearances in the Austrian 1st division playing for one of the best teams isn't very good. How many will he score in an arguably tougher, faster paced league, with less time on the ball, playing for a team who struggled last season?

People were buzzing over and hyping Rusyn and Hemir too, not me. To me we are just doing the same thing that put us in this striker problem, signing young lads with 1-2 seasons experience in lesser leagues and hoping for the best. Again, when the red bull system is letting you go you have to wonder why. They are well-known for bringing talent through and promoting them into their other clubs if they are good enough.
