Tell the f***ing PFA to pay for some time in therapy for the useless cvnt, or send him to a heart specialist to see if they can f***ing find one. Put him on statutory sick pay while he's there.

He got a 5 year contract and if reports are true he’s on 64k p/w plus appearance bonuses, signing on fee, transfer fee, agent fees and any other bonuses

It’s arguably a worse deal than the Alvarez one

And very likely you would be on reduced pay after a certain amount of time. In many places of work you may even face disciplinary measures should your 'sickness' be so frequent and not always stress or mental health related making you unavailable for work so often. Rodwell like most footballers won't be.

After a certain period of time many companies would be able to get rid of you if you were repeatedly unavailable for the type of work you were getting paid for, going down the correct avenues of course.

I therefore don't think it's out of the question for people to question him and his motives when those issues are so frequent and clearly effect performances or availability.
 
Do you reckon Rodwell is in any way aware of how much he’s despised on here (and by a good share of non SMB fans snarl I’d guess)?

Or do you reckon he’s swanning around oblivious to everything, thinking he’s a fan favourite and doing quite well?

Does anyone ever see him around the town? Any reports of anyone sounding off?

Maybe what we need is @The Nude Monk to yell “RODWELL YER SHITE” at him like he was known to do for Whitley.

correct, a company will have some guidelines set for such instances, i was 'sacked' after 3 months of being on the sick...some places will pay full wage, others will offer a reduced wage for a certain time.
