I was also looking at this one as a future (far in the future) retirement home. Lots of out buildings to convert and absolutely idyllic location. Decor isn’t up to the same standard as the one at Chop Gate.

No idea if value or not, just had to share for the decor!

We looked at a few places with similar (though not quite as bad as that) decor. Where I live used to be quite an old persons town and there was a lot on the market that had not been touched since the 70s

I was also looking at this one as a future (far in the future) retirement home. Lots of out buildings to convert and absolutely idyllic location. Decor isn’t up to the same standard as the one at Chop Gate.
