Remy Appeal

Thought Pardew said he wasn't appealing?
said he wasn't but obviously had every intention of doing so. saying on camera after the game that he was going to appeal the FA would have set the wheels in motion. However, by leaving it 'til now there's a chance they wont review it until after the Derby, thus making him available at the weekend

Sneaky, but hopefully effective :)

Play acting in an attempt to get a fellow professional dismissed is totally wrong.

The offence was not worthy of a red card, for either recipient.

I reckon we appealed simply because Norwich had done so.

I suspect in the same scenario, SAFC would do the same - and you would expect nothing less.
Did you post that when the the shit Mr T acted like a fanny and got Sess sent off? If you did fair play (post a link to the thread as you lot have a knack of talking shite). If you didn't your point is null and void.

What about the filthy twat spitting, is that a red card offence on its own or is that ok in your book?

I hope to God it is upheld, not that I'm thinking it will give us any massive advantage but just to give the Neandethals a glimmer of hope - then snatch the fucker away from them.

He pushed a player and went head to head with him. There's no way the FA are going to undermine the referee and go against him.

Sneaky, but hopefully the FA see this and give the filthy bastard an extra game for spitting! Fuckin disgusting that!

Can somebody show me where he spits at an opponent? I've seen it on gifs/online/MotD and still can't see it. I see him spit after the two players have broken apart onto the floor but that is it.

Hopefully the ref will say he never saw the spitting incident, and so on the back of that previously unseen event, the bassa gets an extra three games.[DOUBLEPOST=1391087114][/DOUBLEPOST]

He also said it was probably a red card. Therefore, zero grounds for appeal.

To be fair, you cant go on what managers say just because it suits your desired outcome.

If you did then Mark Hughes would never have any yellow or red cards, every foul on his players should have seen the oppo sent off, and the offside law wouldnt apply to them.

No i didn't. I do seem to recall plenty on here saying it should be rescinded due to the playacting.

I can only assume the point, in this instance, is null & void as it is a Newcastle player?

Not seen the spitting, if true i have no defence.
