We do our business upfront, we wont be paying any fees for those players still. It was one of the few positive changes Ashley made. He also demanded money upfront in one whack - made the news with the sale of Carroll at 35m upfront.

Also why the Sissoko deal was so unusual as its not how he normally operates.
If you do which i dont actually believe, it could have a negative effect for some transfers. Not all clubs want the money up front especially those who are doing well money wise. Teams that will be doing well will hold out for a better fee from other clubs that dont have the money to burn spread over a few years. If like you say you only pay fees up front then its not great business sense. The only right way to pay fees in full is if the buying club needs the money up front and will take a lesser price, so you are talking bollocks

All Benitez had to do was beat a relegation rival at home, a relegated team away and a team that were relegated ....... he failed.
Or the players failed him? Who knows. It didnt feel like a failure to us. Was the most bizarre of relegations. There was a positivity that had not been present for a long time. Just wanted to get cracking with the championship, get winning again, and planning away trips.

Based on your opinion? It puts us in a financially strong position.
Imagine it was your house you were selling - would you rather sell to the person with the cash ready to transfer the lot to you at point of sale, or the guy scraping to get the money together and offering to pay it you over a period of years?

its got nowt to do with houses, but if i had money in the bank and didnt need a quick sale id sell to the people offering more over a period of years get my point??

Benitez was brought in to keep Newcastle up ..... by that criteria he failed.

then you would be a fool to hand it over in one go, if you were the buyer you could keep the rest and earn interest on it and just pay the same amounts in instalements.

When the owner is worth 3 Billion do you think he loses sleep over the interest he could make on 30m? (Bare in mind we never ever do deals that expensive thats an extreme figure) ?

Yeah yeah, we know: you lot 'won the relegation'.

Cant argue the positivity though. Hence why we got 52k attending our first home game and you got 29k. We had a different set of circumstances that led us to feel positive about the season, obviously large numbers of your fanbase dont feel the same way and rightly so.

The people who are worth £3b are exactly the people who worry about the intrest they make off £30m thats why they are worth that kind of figure in the first place

Strange how you's tried to pay installments for Lejeune but Eibar wouldn't have it so how the fuck do you know you paid for other players upfront
That twat is delusional mate...wasting your time.
