if I understand it correctly, and I may not, somebody (unknown) has appealed against the decision and so they are going through the appeals process atmJune 27th before Yorkshire's sanctions decided. They've admitted guilt so why the indecision?
The cynic in me thinks that the ECB would like as much time as possible to see how Yorkshire's season is going before deciding on the severity of any points deductions. If their poor season continues, the ECB will hit them with a massive points deduction because it won't matter anyway. If they're in with a sniff of promotion that might change
