Racism at Yorkshire CCC

Is that the view of both the racist and non racist Yorkshire types would you say? I always thought it would be hard to turn things around there. As Silly Point says I hope they don’t go back to the old guard.
The issue most have, probably quite fairly, is the sacking of pretty much everyone around this time last year. I supported it at the time but in hindsight it didn't look great. But I suppose in the absence of any enquiry he did what he thought best for the future of the club, as losing internationals would have seen it go to the wall. No issue at all if he is replaced by someone new and forward thinking, as I thought he was going to be. But I fear the "old guard" will stuff blood now, egged on by the local journo Chris Waters (not your fan liaison bloke 😉)

I think it is fairly certain that the previous management will re-appear and the whole thing will quietly end up in the history books. The thought of those individuals back in charge chills me to the bone. Elitism at its worst.

He was a chancer who thought he had free rein to act how he wanted when the club was over a barrel . You dont foist nowt on Yorkshire people, big under estimate by him , you would have thought hed have known.

It was the illegal sackings that I have issues with. A lot of people were sacked who had nothing to do with the racism allegations.
Aye not sure why the ticket office staff for example were swept along with it
They also seem to have appointed a new Chief Executive whose last job was at....Wasps Rugby Club

Fuckin 'ark at you, folding Yorkshire 😆😆😆
If the bloke who oversaw the whole sorry saga just swans back in with the backing of the members and the board it would be a disaster, in my mind anyway. It would prove that nothing has been learnt and that the majority of cricket followers in the county, sadly, do not want to learn
