I hope they’re not putting 2 and 2 together and getting 5, if it isn’t trueHave heard 2 names today - one a former YCCC/England player and the other a current YCCC/former england player - think one has now been named by the daily mail.
Both will be shitting themselves(quite rightly) at what is heading their way. About time the authorities stepped in to sort this absolute shit show(of YCCC's own making).
About time that Rafiq will be able to publicly have his say.
If i was the ECB i'd be stripping them of internation status as well as them losing the hundred - send it up to Durham.
Never occurred to me until now that I'd been supporting some sort of far right cult for the last 14 years. Thankfully the Yorkshire forum is unanimously against the club, but you only have to look on social media for the cult like remarks. "Why didn't he say at the time?" "Why did he come back?" "Why is Rashid still here"? "Only after a payout" etc etcOn the BBC Six o'clock news with a reporter standing outside Headingley. Car drives past and someone shouts what sounds like " F**k Off".....aye that'll be right.
Daily mail have named one player
Michael Vaughan said owt yet?![]()
I think that's true, but I also think this is institutional racism of such an extreme depth and breadth that I think you have to go as far back as the Met and Stephen Lawrence to see an institution so badly twisted by it. Yes, there should be a root and branch review, but Yorkshire are a special case. Never read anything like this. This is what I've been saying for a long time. Sure relegate us, fine them, take the hundred franchise off us etc. But before all that it's important that procedures are put in place to stop this happening again (which includes sacking and banning all at the top).
I all hope that cricket (as well as its supporters) don't view Yorkshire as a abberation but instead as the tip of the iceberg. There is zero chance this culture would just thrive in a single institution, without some overlap elsewhere.
He was the one who came to mind when reading Dobell’s article
Little chance of that, they're an absolute disgrace, not fit for purpose.Getting ever more urgent for the ECB to show some leadership
This is a massive test for them now. When Rafiq speaks to the committee in a few weeks he is covered to say what he wants and can't face any legal action. Some sort of parliament law or something
Little chance of that, they're an absolute disgrace, not fit for purpose.
