When I feel the time is right I will return to the club, not sure when that will be though or how I'll be able to measure any change.

But I do hope there remains a club I can return to one day. A Yorkshire without a county cricket club is unthinkable for the decent cricketing folk of the county

I am not sure they will survive. How much do you think Azeem could win in a day in court?

Who will sponsor them, even after a new board and broom (if they ever even accept reality that is)?

Where's the money going to come from for them?

I think they are in big, big, big trouble. Of course a county that big and historic will find a team, but it may not be able to survive as we know it.

While one should never stoop to racism I have it from people that shared fields with Rafa that he was allegedly an absolute shit house of a man that not one player liked on or off the pitch , county or league .
That being the case I can well imagine the friction with him interpersonally but of course you can't use racist words no matter what he says to you .
I think Balance is being diplomatic calling him a friend , Rafa doesn't have them from what I've heard..allegedly

And form for racially insensitive remarks, e.g. blackface Queens honours remark. Curious that even he had been critical of YCCC while Vaughan remained silent He's rarely short of a comment on other matters.
 
It will be interesting to see how far they take this enquiry. I see Durham are in line for sanctions for having no British ethnic minoritiy players or coaches at any level.

Remember during the aussie ball tampering row when Vaughan was loving it and being his usual holier than thou self?

Flintoff came out on one of his shows and said the response by "some" people was a disgrace and mentioned "glass houses" and that.His twitter feed was just full of people saying he was talking about Vaughan

Have heard similar myself, hope the race card isn't being played to ensure a hefty payday.
 
I notice ballance makes numerous refs yo Rafiq drinking. Struck me as a potential way to discredit ARs charachter but maybe thats me being a cynic.
