They advertise it so thats a yes.My point was whether the club or the hotel make money from the away hospitality in the Hilton.
Fair enough, but not all of it, in fact probably a low %.They advertise it so thats a yes.
Well I wouldn’t be if I paid thatLots of happy customers?
Thanks Hetton
You don't because the drink they give doesn't cost a fiver at the bar or in 95% of bars. It is a good place to watch the game for atmosphere with families. The food is better than the rodent vans on match days, but far from nice. This, the club's a mess but this isn't a bad deal free drink so you get your fiver back. If you wanna watch the game with fellow fans then it's not a bad deal.
Most pints are close to a fiver everywhere now.You don't because the drink they give doesn't cost a fiver at the bar or in 95% of bars. It is a good place to watch the game for atmosphere with families. The food is better than the rodent vans on match days, but far from nice.
You don't get close to a pint though. It was small bottles. That said it is worth the fiver for the entry even if no drink. Most pints are close to a fiver everywhere now.
The acceptance of dross in the concourses has gone on for long enough to become the benchmark here. You don't because the drink they give doesn't cost a fiver at the bar or in 95% of bars. I agree. It's awful and non-league teams not only can have better food, but people are willing to pay for it. Obviously you just want mostly packs of chewy in the South Stand, but some of the others like the Premier Concourse could have decent food for higher prices as well as cheaper stuff for those who want it.The acceptance of dross in the concourses has gone on for long enough to become the benchmark here.
We either have ourselves to blame or the majority of our fans are happy with a tray of cold fries with congealed curry sauce.
The popularity of Korean Chicken maybe suggests that there’s hope.
If you look at a Facebook group called Footy Food ( or similar ones) you will see what’s possible.
Ah fair enough. Sorry mate, didn't realise. You don't get close to a pint though. It was small bottles. That said it is worth the fiver for the entry even if no drink.
