Quick: Sardinia or Sicily?

Seafood and fish obviously given its an island. Specialities are charcuterie (smoked and dried pork loin particularly good) and cheese. Mainly tomme type cheeses but this ricotta thing. Sweet stuff not my style. Nice stews too but not that tempting in hot weather

Cow's milk? I don't do sheep/goat's cheese and was concerned there'd be lots of dishes with that.
