Proper Premier League

I’m sure everyone has a different idea of who “should” be in the top flight. My list is based on history, the era I grew up in, and support,

Sunderland
Man Utd
Liverpool
Arsenal
Man City
Spurs
Aston Villa
Everton
Chelsea
Leeds
Sheffield Wednesday
Nottingham Forest
WBA
Norwich
Wolves
QPR
West Ham
Derby County
Blackburn Rovers
Newcastle

What would yours be? 7 of mine aren’t currently in the top flight.
Leicester over QPR

Sunderland
Newcastle
Man U
Spurs
Arsenal
Villa
West Ham
Leeds
Wolves
Everton
Liverpool
Chelsea
Blackburn
Coventry
Sheff Wed
Derby
Southampton
Man city
Forest

Can’t decide on Ipswich or WBA for last spot

Personally I think I'd structure it as 10 teams that are definitely in then another 20 that history shows are all capable of being in top flight but they chop and change as they are equally capable of being Championship or even league 1.

Sunderland
Newcastle
Man U
Spurs
Arsenal
Villa
West Ham
Leeds
Wolves
Everton
Liverpool
Chelsea
Blackburn
Middlesbrough
Sheff Wed

West Ham

Four from (probably in the order of prominence:

Sheffield United
Derby

Edit: Burnley between Norwich and Ipswich.

If we're going 20 teams then for me it would have to be:

The 7 teams who've actually won it
Arsenal
Blackburn
Chelsea
Leicester
Liverpool
Man City
Man Utd

Add in

Everton
Spurs

As two teams who haven't won it but have always been there.

Fill the last 11 spots with:

Aston Villa
Derby
Forest
Leeds
Newcastle
Sheff Utd
Sheff Wed
Southampton
Sunderland
West Ham
Wimbledon

Oldham
Swindon
Notts co
Luton

Totally disregarding 100 years of history! The super league had the same mindset.
