Climbed striding edge earlier this year and that's a rediculously daft place to land and take off from. Amazing skill from the pilot.

Negative. But I’ve flown with some SAR pilots who have that level of ability. I aim for bigger landing spots nowadays but putting them down on moving targets was always a challenge.Was this you?

I'm really not a fan of people just taking helicopters about the place. Fair enough if you're using a chinook or a sea king, but most of their usage is very avoidable.
Just get a plane. Planes defy gravity, but at least in a way that makes sense. Even 95% helicopter engineers don't understand why helicopters aren't ripping themselves apart, until they do. They're beautiful but they're insane.
