Potential of -10 in the north east

Back in the winter of 2010, I drove by Seaburn beach around 6am one morning as I was picking up a work colleague who only had a motorbike and couldn't use it due to the snow and road conditions. The dash said -18deg C (okay, could be wrong) but there was steam coming off the sea. Surreal scene.

I hate the cold me.

My son is there already. However you can get cheap holidays to Cuba from Canada and was planning to go there, during the really cold periods

I'm well up for a bit of either of those. Hoping to get to live in Canada by 2020 ish, with a bit of luck.

That's a canny swing that mate. Whilst I won't rule out manipulation. Atm it just feels like a cold snap in winter.

Very good point. Probably around +2 or colder doesn't feel much different.
