Yeah will be a connection issue as i have used the browser at times when psn is down so it must be your settings mate.

The latest software update took about 4 seconds, its usually about 15 minutes!

I tried last night on the PS3, said it was sending an email.
Checked the email this morning and it said it would expire in 3 hours, so too late!
Tried on the PS3 again, errored out, so I went back on the PC, tried the link and got sorted easy peasy, so the link was not expired:roll:
Store still down, expected back in the next week or two.

It doesn't even ask for your old one, you just have to put a new one in straight away

I didnt actually have to put my old password in. Just asked me straight away what i wanted my new one to be.

It's linked to your console so they would have to break into your house as well.
