Same boat as you mate- luckily I tend to avoid most of them except for the odd party- always try to avoid football chat. The mother and father in law are generally sound- only really derby day I try to avoid football talk with them.

I remember how you lot defended someone who ended up going inside. Perhaps you might wait until the full facts emerge before taking a position. As it was described by one of your own on here yesterday morning it wasn't like it's being described today.

People in todays era think that they have a god given right to mouth off to anyone with even a hint of famousness about them.

For me it's refreshing to see one get what anyone of us would have done. If it wasn't Pickford it wouldn't have made the news.

As my grandad used to say... It takes a bigger man to walk away but then again you can only walk so far.
