I went on a community litter pick with the bairn. Managed to bag up a dozen or so bin bags of rubbish within an hour. Mainly things like pop bottles, crisp packets and sweet wrappers as we were working a couple of minutes walk from the shop. A couple of weeks later, you could hardly tell we'd tidied up

Spanish streets are clean as fuck, washed daily. They even smooth out their beaches with big tractors every night. The English could learn a thing or two.
