People who ‘jiggle’ their leg

My sons done it for years, his whole life really. Sometimes get irritated with him, then he was diagnosed with autism and it turns out the jiggling was just his styming. Now I feel bad for being irritated.

Usually nervy scratter types who can’t look people in the eye
Non-verbal communication is about 80% of how we express ourselves. I had to get assessed by a speech therapist after a brain injury walloped my communication skills. She pointed out that I looked her in the eye when I listened to her but down my right when I was speaking. That was my brain 'switching off' non verbal methods to put all available bandwidth into speech.

I'm not usually nervy but aspire to reach scratterhood someday.
