Looks a good profile …6’3”, 22 years old, good shot stopper, commands his area, good distribution, 10 clean sheets this season and we’ve been linked with him.

I’d rather we signed a replacement before selling Patto.

Patto has looked very shaky recently with distribution and a lack of commanding his area. He doesn’t live the life so I don’t think he is getting any better.

We are not very good at it apparently but somehow 4 in the league even though we do it 99% of the time. Just knock it long and win the second ball and that’s how we score or something. Like do people actually watch us play. Even when we play a longer balls it’s normally off our passing moving one of their players into a wrong position
 
I think we need to improve on him tbh. Maybe Matty Young can usurp him. Makes too many mistakes and it’s a matter of time before one of his shit kicks leads to a goal against.

He doesn’t look any better now than he did 3 years ago.

in summary he needs to shed a clem imo mate and learn to kick straight ffs and be mare decisive off his line and marshall his defence better and punch with a harder fist and read the game better anarl and man up grow a pair and command his box there

I'm not for or against either of them. Was just asking for a justification.

Try that in a court of law and you'd be laughed out.

Simply better at thir or that would have surficed but you can't seem to grasp that.

So out of all the attributes a goalie may possess you've decided to go with distribution as your trump card?
From what I saw of Moore in his brief run of games, kicking seemed to be his worst point. Seemed fairly solid in the goalkeeping bit mind.

Agree, I don't rate Patto much, great shot stopper....but Moore is not better than him. His kicking is just as bad as Patto's.
 
Not commanding enough for me, especially when it comes to corners when he's rooted to his line. Seems too scared to come out to punch or collect the ball, and that's led to a few games of pinball in our box, and the opposition scoring recently.

Think he's probably levelled out into a alright enough keeper, but when Moore came in for those few games, it didn't feel like Patto was a big miss tbh, and I think that tells its own story.

If there is serious interest, and a good offer does come in, then we'd have to consider it.

No I haven't, I was trying to give the poster an idea of what to compare as his 'Because he is' doesn't say a lot.
