I’ll always love him for what he did for us, that pass in the play off final to Mayenda was excellent - but to say he should be one of our starting (or close to starting) wingers would have us in Wolves’ or Burnley’s position in the table.

I'm happy with his contribution for us, and hope his future where-ever it is, is good for him.

But being brutally honest, i think he is a mid championship player. I seriously doubt he''d do well in the prem.

It's pity Traore didn''t get more time on field. He looked promising to me.

One of those players who at his peak you watch, and you find yourself at wondering how he ended up at Sunderland.

Those games though, were one in every five at League One, one in every eight at the championship (aside from that blistering season with Amad), most likely never in the Prem, and you begin to see how he ended up at Sunderland in League One.

Electric at times, clearly cared about playing here, and took to the area. I’ll always wish him well.

Its a horrible trait some people have, isnt it?

Ive always felt Roberts is a number 10 more than a winger. Was unreal for celtic when he played there.

It wouldnt surprise me if he had a glow up season if he played a full season as a 10
