Possibly the best 'big game player' that we have had since we left the PL last time. Came up with big moments on big occasions time and time again.

Assist in playoff final, goal in playoff semi final in 93rd minute and even the curling effort against Watford to get a draw at our place in the first season back at Championship to help us get that playoff place.

Absolutely loved him in his time here, even through the frustrating spells.

Best of luck to him at Birmingham permanently.

Yeah. I though both he and Clarkey came across exceptionally well in the series. Great lads. Loved the pair of them.

Despite my issues with Roberts you could never fault his 100% effort and commitment to the cause, typified by his cameo in the playoff final. Coming on with his leg heavily strapped to try and impact the game and help turn it in our favour, which he duly did. So he leaves with my best wishes. Top lad. Top pro. Absolute quality on his day, loved watching him and one of his biggest supporters. His link up play with Amad was worth the admission fee alone.

He got us to where we are now with a lovely cameo in the PO final, that pass to Mayenda was sublime.
