Pathetic and embarrassing chanting

The Garden Shed song is embarrassing.

Lifting a tragic song from the Mags and wedging the name of our ex- striker in it, is cretinous behaviour.

There is a stark difference, one is bellend material, the other is scummy.
I wouldn't disagree, however I'm sure if you went to football as a young lad you would have chanted songs that you would now find embarrassing...we've all did it...

shut up

it's 2021 get it

couldn't care less what year it is to be honest, unlike most these days I am able to take something in context and not get offended.... would i personally sing IRA songs and songs about noncing NO but I couldn't care less if someone else does its just words

"Young football hoolies in shock outbreak of foul language".
because there are people playing football in the vicinity does not make this ok

I think it actually makes it worse that grown men indulge such behaviour in the name of the sport

what context makes racism and laughing about sexual violence alright for you?
you were the one that raised the year as relevant, so you are dismissing your own argument dafty

it isn't just words, it is a lot of people getting together to bray violent and illegal nonsense in the name of supporting their team... perhaps you can clarify how this is supporting your team and why it is acceptable?

where else is this behaviour acceptable to you? perhaps at your child's sports day?

True, but by the same token, you would hope somebody who knew better would give me a clip around the ear.

Additionally, ignorance is never an excuse, and back in the day mitigating circumstance could be argued due to the lack of available news which is now at everyone’s fingertips, which makes it even less defensible.

It’s probably all down to the cheap coke they are hoovering.

What??????????

I wish they would concentrate on slowing down the Haway the lads and bring back some of the older songs much better than this modern shite
Never been mastered by black n white barstewards got an airing down Burton really hoped that was it making a comeback but not heard since, agree 100% with haway the lads needing to slow down, it's just become "way lads" now
As for last night and the wyke chant wey if that's all some people have to complain about then good for them, it was quite cringe considering our too recent past however 2-0 up and watching the second coming of the glorious Brazil side of the 70's in red n white I did raise a chuckle by the end

when did racism come into this...have you just thrown that word in for some added OOOMF.

see the actual act of sexual violence, political violence etc is obviously deplorable but a few young ins chanting about it nah I couldn't care less but I'm sure like everything else football will eventually be sanitised groups of young lads will be ousted and it will cater to quiet families out for the day waving the scarfs and chomping on their sandwiches maybe that's a good thing who knows.

I was seventeen when the Falklands war was on and Ricky Villa came to Roker with Spurs, being young and daft I called him a f***ing Argentinian t**t from the front of the Fulwell. A copper came and tapped me on the shoulder and said anymore like that and I was nicked. I didn't do anymore and it was lesson learnt. I didn't think the copper was out of order pulling me up, I acknowledged I was the f***ing stupid t**t

Games in the North West share we get big allocations tend to attract pissed up idiot kids who wouldn't get a ticket otherwise. Midweek cup games are even worse as less of the 'regulars' are there to keep them in check.

some of you lot should go on youtube and look for Frankie Boyls Micheal Jacksons childrens hospital s

if you go to see Frankie Boyle you are going to see specific content, his delivery and perspective is clearly satirical and lampooning and in character that is wildly divergent to his personal views, if I go to see football I don't expect to get that, also elevating this ignorance to equate it to the sublime craft of Boyle is just demented

anti Irish chanting is regarded as racist 🤷‍♀️
