I don't think I've had it but doesn't sound like it needs extra salt.Came back from a match many years ago, I couldn't afford fish and chips, finished up with cod roe and chips, absolutely rank
Beans wrapped in sausagemeat, battered and deep fried. Not readily available but the Harbour Chippy at Amble do them.
Did you see Steve Davis? What is your preferred choice from the chippy?
Large battered sausage, chips, mushy peas and gravy for me.
just had it from me fave chippy and it was class.
As in steak and kidney?Pudding, Chip and Gravy
I haven't heard that term since I lived in Manchester. I think it was steak and kidney pie.As in steak and kidney?
Corned beef pattie and chips or a kebab wrap. Nice to see you fella, welcome back xx
I don’t think beans are a chip shop thing. You’ve got enough choices with gravy, peas and curry. That is enough.Seconded

They should have a half / small portion on the menu tbh. Whenever the bairn and I have a chippy tea we always end up throwing loads of chips away.Very poor to get this wrong. Poor planning. I think shops are just worried their portions will look small. Nobody eats all their chips like
Steak and kidney pudding is bloody divine, haven't had one in ages though and no chippy's near me have such fine fayre on their menu.Yes.
Not a sponge pudding
