Nah 3 days. The 50 mile a day is no real problem for anyone. It's the hills that kill you.

I'm in, anyone who has never done it, it's a challenge but not a massive one. If you have a basic level of fitness and a halfway decent bike. It goes without saying the fitter you are the easier it is and I would recommend at least one ride out with a veteran if you have never done it before.

Looks a good deal that, did it last year on a CX, couldn't make it up the rough bit over Rookhope but managed the rest. It is a bit higher geared than an MTB in 1st mind.
Aye, figured I'd have to do Crawleyside.

I still went over and if I take it this year In will go over again. The Bike is very capable on the rough stuff but I just didn't have the legs to drag myself up the steepest bit.
Hmm, I'll decide when I get to the crossroads.

Be getting ultegra for that much...or not far short

I love mine, which is a Rose, has provision for mudguards and panniers would think it would make an ideal commuter bike as is stronger than an out and out roadie and you can take it on the tracks or road.
