ODI World Cup

Last three tournaments have been won by the hosts and India look odds on to make it four in a row. Away victories in test series between two strong sides are rarer than hens teeth these days as well.

Home advantage is a big deal in cricket, home pitches especially, and the English scarcely in a position to complain with the three day finish green seamers that they used to produce, purely down to the weather you know old boy, until Baz decided it was in our interest to produce truer pitches and the weather suddenly started allowing it.
Yeah I agree up to a point, but think more than to fair to say the advantage the Indians have on turning pitches in India in test cricket is a lot bigger advantage than they have had in one day games in this tournament at least imo.

And definitely agree in test cricket home advantage massive, and although clearly helpful in one day cricket imo not nearly as much advantage as in test cricket

The last test series we played there wickets were immensely difficult to bat on and totally in favour of their bowlers not sure that anywhere near as bad for this World Cup and in white ball cricket.

Do i want India to lose more than i want Australia to lose
Or
Do i want the Indian fans, BCCI, Kohli to lose more than i want David Warner and Steve Smith to lose.

Think it would be funnier if India got beat but not sure i could take the gloating Aussies, but then theres the Indian fans to consider....

Too tough a call, can we get a washed out final?
