At some point we need to really pick up the rate which is the issue, difficult wicket to score quick on. Feel like we needed to be more aggressive than this, it’s one extreme to the other

I think all the players from 1 to 7 have underperformed to such a low level that no one could have expected on such a combined level.

Sometimes you get players who are out of form in tournaments and sometimes ones in form.

Never seen a whole team with such pedigree and experience perform as badly as these lot in this tournament, unprecedented I would say.

The players themselves ultimately have to take responsibility for their own incredibly below sub standard performance and that is the bottom line for me.

People can blame selection and other factors which of course are fair points, but that should not take away that responsibility of the players on the field

I refuse to believe that all the batters can be so far out of form at the same time, something else is up.

First 50 since Harry Brooke v Afghanistan 2 weeks ago.... and out.
