hahaha thats class mateFive years ago we had the threat of relegation hanging over us, a crap manager called Steve and an unpopular owner looking to sell the club.
The progress we've made in the five years since then is incredible.

You have that wrong alsoNo, that's not the point. Not the point at all. Thanks for dropping by though. Hope you have a great day.
The sad bastard is registered on a fair few teams forums, he registered on an Arsenal forum because he thought they were getting a “faymus numba 9” on loan from them and wanted their views on said player, they stepped aside as per and didn’t sign him.You have that wrong also
I'm not "dropping by" I'm a resident and supporter of Sunderland
It's you thats interloping and boring the tits off every one with your mince
Here's an idea for you go to a scum forum and bore them, this is for taking the piss out of you and your ilk
No, that's not the point. Not the point at all. Thanks for dropping by though. Hope you have a great day.
Think I’ve got them all on ignore now.It is so refreshing finding the ignore button. I bite too easily and have wasted loads of time replying to Fish and is almost alter-ego Cloughie. When really it is like banging your head against a brick wall.
Aye as i said, he was given a fortune and spent it on championship level players without the potential to step upHe needed players that would get us promoted, which is why he signed players like Hanley, Murphy, Gayle, Clark, Diame. And it worked because we went up first time as champions again.
Benitez remains a very good manager, even if he's not the manager he once was.
We keep seeing this insistence that Benitez was chiefly responsible for our relegation. But, the slightest amount of scrutiny and common sense, says that bollocks. He had responsibility, sure, but so did McClaren. And so did the performance of the other teams in the relegation mix. Benitez got 1.3 points per game, which is most seasons would be enough to survive, unfortunately we were 19th when he took over and Allardyce took you on a great run yourself. Although, in Allardyce's first 10 games he got 9 points (0.9PpG) 3 wins, 7 losses. In Benitez's first 10 he got 13pts (1.3Ppg), 3 wins, 4 draws, 3 losses.
Advocaat's first 10 games he got 9pts
Poyet's first 10 games he got 9pts
Di Canio's first 10 games he got 9pts

What a boring miserable life you must have. Dawn until dusk everyday, droning on about the same shitNo, that's not the point. Not the point at all. Thanks for dropping by though. Hope you have a great day.
And on a Sunderland message board. What a boring miserable life you must have. Dawn until dusk everyday, droning on about the same shit

Do we know its definitely Almiron? Shelvey could be loosely described as an experienced internationalExperienced international.
Almiron ? Hardly experienced.
You think he has a wife? You can picture the scene in his house,
Wife - “Where are you going with that cabbage”
Husband - “I’m going to stand outside Newcastle’s training ground with it in my hand then write a blog about how embarrassed I am doing it.”
Wife - “Ok, have a nice day”

"What can we do? I don’t really know but I decided to stand close to the training ground on Tuesday morning with a cabbage on a stick on a one man protest. This was allegedly the first day back at training after the Brighton debacle, which I had had over two days to stew on"
This....is f***ing GOLD![]()

Don’t suppose you checked to see if most of their first 10 games were against fellow relegation candidates like Rafa’s.Benitez remains a very good manager, even if he's not the manager he once was.
