It's also not even accurate. We didn't have 33k all watching at once. That was total number of viewers. I think if I read the article properly, the most at a time was like 4k?

It went on for f***ing hours - no way 33k sat through it all.

Not many tbf

The QC representing the league was asked what would happen if a club didn't follow the rules to which he stated that ultimately, they would be removed.

The chron etc ran the article saying that they threatened to throw us out which wasn't at all what was said. He purely stated what the ultimate punishment for any club would be 🤷🏻
Chronicle in talking shite shocker.

It’s the usual form from that “paper” anything to generate clicks and sales. A bit of righteous indignation will do the trick nicely.

Are the Saudis even waiting to takeover or not?
The arbitration wouldn't even be being explored if they weren't interested still. Would be stupid to waste the time and funds otherwise.

They are still there - whether that matters in the long run, I doubt.

The mags would have had it on split screen, the CAT on one and bewildered by the legal dialogue, but on the other screen - the Teletbbies - they like to model themselves on Lar Lar.

This is purely about Ashley getting compensation, and Staveley being able to repay the £17m she borrowed from Ashley to put the deposit down.

This would have went away ages ago if it wasn't for mags wailing.
It has gone away. Neeone outside the nayshun gives a rats arse. Unless it’s for comedy value.

Yeah that's possible. Have to say that outside of Tyneside the opinion of the Saudis hasn't really improved during all this. Can't imagine the Saudis would spend £17m to temporarily sportswash a parochial city in the North of England... And there'd be better ways to get a lasting bump in their PR for less, like maybe not executing homosexuals, or treating women like equals... or not murdering journalists?
i think you missed this

i sent it at 0852, you replied to someone else at 0858

'you haven't finished 17th, since 86-87'.

What's this got to do with the price of fish? The arbitration is ongoing the Prem themselves said it will be heard in Jan during the CAT case.

That is about the takeover.

Staveley gets fuck all from the CAT - MA might get a payout so that makes sense him pursuing it. KSA have nowt to do with this nor do the other potential owners.

Exactly, making himself look a bigger knacker all in an effort to brag about a bigger on-line crowd for a futile court case than we’ve had for a match. So funny 🤣🤣
