NUFC September 2020

It’s mental. They seem to have taken the official rejection as a sure sign it’s back on.
To be honest I think it's now more likely than ever. It seems PIF did come back to the table despite pulling out previously, which is now what has prompted this rejection by the PL.

Moving forward, if it's true that the group and NUFC have provided evidence to address the rule requirements and the PL have still rejected it, then it's a fairly straightforward process now of letting some form of independent adjudicator (courts/arbitration) decide the matter, following which NUFC will win and more importantly, the PL can say they disagree but 'what can we do? This wasn't our decision'. So the PL have no one pointing fingers at them, and the takeover happens.

Or arbitration confirms ownership is valid, so then the case of piracy get looked into and the application is rejected again. Can’t see the Saudi’s looking forward to being publicly rejected twice.

Won't have any bearing on the takeover being approved. It has been rejected. This is about compensation for big Mike.

Does Luke know ?

@LukeEdwardsTele: Told the takeover is over, still isn’t happening. Ashley considering legal action against PL seeking financial compensation. He does not agree with rejection. It opens way for consortium to also pursue legal action but they’ve already refused independent arbitration #NUFCTakeover

Mags turning against Luke Edwards now because he says the takeover is over

@Fitzgerald liking all the posts saying the takeover might be back on

Nobody on here knows anything man Tyler, ya daft c**t.
it’s not going to happen no but I just want to see masters and Hoffman pay for that they have done and I will be happy. And they will.

even with no takeover we will be fine this season and this time next year will still be 2 leagues above your small time lot

I honestly thought Masters and Hoffman worked in a massive hq surrounded by an army of accountants, lawyers and other support staff ensuring things ran smoothly.

I didn’t realise they ran the premier league out of Richard keys shed.
