Archdeacon
Central Defender
There's always two sides:
Pro's
He has steadied the ship with little to initially go on
He has attempted to bring some pride and passion into the club
He genuinely cares about his team, players and his planning is apparently meticulous.
Cons
He has failed to deliver promotion with a team on paper that should have blown this league away.
He seems tactically naive in how he sets the team up.
He is very defensive, yet will not change if we draw level and take hold of a game to force through a win.
He seems to be happy to draw and move on to the next match.
He has had more resources than any other manager and failed to utilise them better.
He insists on Honeyman when for many matches it was clear him and Gooch were miles off the pace.
Two bad transfer windows, no power, pace or guile brought in.
There were more clubs in a shambles, one who has just beaten us, not just us but we have not sorted out the playing side sufficiently to warrant promotion, this has to lie at Jack's door.
Some of the football this season has been boring and very one dimensional.
For me we have no choice but to stick with Ross, however he should be under no illusions that anything short of ripping up this league and winning regularly wll see him out of the door.
If he was to go now then who will come in???? its the proverbial gamble stick or twist.
