No, and nor would we be - we're a bigger club, and we compete at a higher level - thus we need slightly better players than Northants. It's a bit of a daft comparison, really.You’re not exactly in the Northamptonshire bracket though are you?!
My point has never been that we never sign players - every county does, including your lads. My Point has always been, however, that we prioritise giving young lads a chance, and sign players to complement what we have, rather than stocking ourselves with Kolpaks and players from other counties - that's where I take issue with being lumped in with the likes of Notts and Hampshire!
