better get yourself to bed ,you'll need a early drinking session, hows the big lad(mackie).

The big skinhead mentioned would be Mackie from Hexham, his brother Davey lives in Haydon Bridge, MagcatcherHutch knows them well.
Mags in Hexham don't spout much shite when Mackie's around, anyone who's seen him will understand why.

Over the years have met loads of red and whites from Northumberland, returning home from cardiff after the 1980 invasion, we met up with a bus load from Blyth in Bromsgrove on the night time. On another occasion after a night match at Villa, we stopped at some service station in the early hours to find 50 lads from Newbiggin being hoyed back onto their bus after a bit of carry on.

Thanks for confirming that mate!! So the Sunderland Skinheed is real!!:):)

As the username suggests I'm from Cramlington. My Dad was born
and bred in Harton, Shields and my first ever game was at Roker Park. Fell in love with SAFC ever since.

I attend with a pal @Northern from Cramlington and there's a fair few of us drink in the Brockwell Seam including the manager porky.

I'm from Cramlington too, Beacon Hill, supported Safc all my life, been going since the Lawrie Mac days. Last 3 years live in Miami, so not many games now. Flew home for the semi final last year.

Do our Geordie supporters singing anti mag songs that use the word Geordie in a derogatory way? Always seems loud as fuck when we are having a pop at Geordies.

You lot can be so pathetic at times.

It's common knowledge that there are villages in Co Durham that are predominantly black and white and villages in Northumberland that are red and white. People are a lot more mobile than they were 50 years ago so why should there be any surprise that people in Newcastle support Sunderland and vice versa.

I have no problem with that. What I do despise is those spineless wankers who can't make a local choice and decide to support Man U, Liverpool, Arsenal or Chelsea. These fuckers never choose Crewe, Reading, Stoke etc etc, the glory hunting shitbags.

i arrived in wooler yesterday and 2 young lads were coming down the main street with sunderland tops on. All mags last night on the drink though

Excellent! I have 3 young kids and I'm making sure they know who they support from a very young age, my 3 year old twins have already been to a couple of games.
We live in chapel house so I suspect my kids will more than likely be the only 3 SAFC fans in their school. Which will be ponteland or walbottle.
Gonna have to put up with a lot bless em
My son went right through school in Cramlington and got his season ticket from 8. I think this helped him a lot as he ended up with a lot of respect from his fellow pupils for being a 'proper' supporter.

One lunch time at middle school he had football trials and he wore the home top and to get to the pitch he had to walk past the older kids yard who gave him loads of abuse - he just smiled, stuck his chest out and walked past proud as punch - class!
