A senior manager said the firm was "sorry" for its recent performance, which has "not been good enough".
This could have been from any article from the last several years. They’re a disgrace. Feel sorry for anyone who has to rely on them to get anywhere on a daily basis.

Then loads of mixed messages.
Driver said it'll be leaving in 30min.
I was bursting so asked driver if I had time to get off and quick loo trip. Yeah no problem.
Get back to platform train had driven away.
Schoolboy error my part, but pissed off the train left without me.
17:04 cancelled.
£35 gone on a taxi.
Then loads of mixed messages.
