Totally agree with this. They've invested millions into horden Station and nobody can use it. Disgraceful service

Even more annoying I paid for tickets yesterday and didn't get them checked 😬

years ago what they used to do was have ticket inspections at the top of the escalator at Sunderland train station

don’t kna why they got away with that idea least they’re wouldnt lose out on revenue

As I’ve repeatedly posted complained the last 40 years about over crowding etc & nowt gets done

only a major disaster will see something change how the hell they’re hasn’t been one yet only a miracle

I’m sure the Tory Mayor and MP’s will sort it out pdq. The MP for Hartlepool would be onto this in a flash if she knew about it.

I was going to get the 11:01 out of H/pool, but decided to get the 10:01 instead, and even that was standing room only, in the two carriages.

Well I have sent in a complaint through their website, we should all do the same. Probably get the standard response and nothing will be done but I feel a bit better.
 
Lads I don't live over that way so has nowt to do with me but if someone wanted to copy n paste their complaint I'd happily add to the number, owa here in Durham us driving instructors one or two had emailed DCC about road signs being covered by over growth, this summer we have all joined in and finally slowly but Shirley things have been getting cut back
