Northern trains



Gonna be hell on at some point on these.

Some wife was saying it was unsafe to let anyone else on on sat despite space for loads more then women argueing whod insulted eachother calling eachother fat in the crush! 😂

Fecking dreadful service.

Tbf conductor dude on the 1140 out of Thornaby was being proactive and trying to get people ready to get on and off at next stations.
Then of course it went a bit mental at Hartlepool, really didnt help when family with massive pushchair got on, felt crap for them as people were shouting at them to move down but hey couldnt move it anywhere
At least there was 4 carriages tho eh - thats progress!

Got up early Saturday and went for a walk. Saw a train go past heading North around 7.10am with 4 carriages on. I did wonder if Northern Rail had finally seen sense or whether it was just the train that when it got to its destination, would turn around and become the Whitby train.
 
Just been to and from Hexham on Northern Trains . From Sunderland to Hexham the carriages that should hold about 70 people had a max of about 6 travelling (so 12 in two carriages.) All new trains as well . Must be the next train op to go bust. Oh and three staff running the show. Metros to the SOL still running 50% service . One each 25 mins and service ends at Park Lane. Service should be every 12 minutes so Next Home game might still be affected on Saturday 14th Jan V Swansea

Glad I booked Grand Central for Saturday. Mind you had to with the Eng Works
