Sorry for late reply . Been working at that place you wouldn't lower yourself to work at . Mate . You need to take a step back and look at reality and your attitude towards general working class lads and lasses trying to better themselves in life and trying there best for there families. Maybe you work alone . As most folk would rather shovel shite than work with you and your I'm better than everyone attitude. Av a good day mate. I am 👍

Heard from one of the maint lads in unit shop there’s talk of lowering the requirements for maint down to 5 years. Not enough of them biting at the £50k supposdly.
Still can’t get me head round there letting tls go what earning less than some of the production lads

Anyone know why they would be letting Maintenance lads go. Surely there's no financial gain as they would need to rehire at the same rate of pay. Are they overstaffed since L1 dropped a shift.

Too many of them I’d imagine with the new apprentices coming through, get rid of higher then it’s back filled with lads just out there time just guessing but maybe £5k-£10k cheaper 🤷🏼‍♂️

Loads of new apprentices been shown about by maintenance and office staff recently will be all the cheap replacements.
