As we saw during lockdowns when they were all bitching about getting nowt off the government due to them declaring a fraction of their actual earnings.
Because they have took a full shift out so someone has to do them cars as they can’t be achieved on 3 shifts in standard time but it’s still cheaper than 4 shifts and to pay overtime and do them on 3 shiftsDon't understand it. Yous were saying there were wage cuts, now overtime galore.
What's going on?
Makes you laugh when they put out those great place to work surveys and the work life balance question always gets low marks yet they do everything possible to make it worse
