60/70% yes. It’s the grand lumper that will push it through although probably more like £600 after tax and NI. No from me but I still think it will go through. What do you think the vote outcome will be

Exactly they get paid way more than most already, extra holidays etc it should just be an amount across the board regardless of what that works out for each person... That was the only fair pay rise we've ever hadHigher earners get richer while lower paid staff playing catch up with a %
Why do you not want to no the truth on whats happening the company still have not said anythingTheres a few on this thread with the same agenda
If they insist on % then anyone above Supervisor level should be exempt. Said all along it should be an amount of basic pay like they did on the last deal.Exactly they get paid way more than most already, extra holidays etc it should just be an amount across the board regardless of what that works out for each person... Because the percentage looks ok given the circumstances (for next year). But I am not going to be swayed on a pay deal with a £600 lump on my Xmas payWhy no if you don't mind me asking?

Say the managers are on £100000 a year that first year deal is worth £3500 a year to them where as the bottom band earner it’s worth around £1000

I’d be very surprised if those on 100k a year are included in any kind of collective bargaining outcome
