There's rumours galore doing rounds . Which I won't repeat as unfair as everyone in limbo . Totally get that pay talks about commence . But . In present climate a statement of intent from nissan . Regarding job security and moving forward longterm would go a long way to stopping rumour mill on daily basis now
Agreed. Would look better on the company to offer voluntary pay offs, and also better in the long term for them if they managed to get a few higher earners out the door. Money would be made back in a couple of years.
All about damage limitation. And moving forward with workforce on board. The voluntary pay offs would be great idea . Lot of staff grafted there good chunk of there lives . A lumper and thanks for your service . Would make it better scenario moving forward. A sense of fairness
